Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [info@oreinoevoo.gr] with a photo and order number.
• Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Please note: due to the nature of the product (food item), we cannot accept returns on opened or used bottles.
